Nhan Dan – The Military Petroleum Company was re-launched as the Military Petroleum Corporation in Hanoi on July 2 under the decision of the Government and the Minister of National Defence.

The Military Petroleum Corporation will operate as a parent-subsidiary company and the parent company is a 100% state-owned company.

The corporation provides such products and services as: importing and exporting petroleum; producing and repairing petroleum materials; building petroleum depots and stations and so on. The corporation is in service to the national defence and security and also meet the needs of the national economy.
