Nhan Dan – The construction of an industrial gas separation plant with a capacity of 110 tonnes a day commenced in the Thang Long II Industrial Park in the northern province of Hung Yen yesterday.

On an area of over 1,000 square metres, this is the biggest ever industrial gas separation plant in the northern provinces, with a total investment of over US$ 13.3 million.

The pant is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2010, making a contribution to meeting gas demand of the industrial establishments in the northern region in the coming time.

The plant is built by the Northern Vietnam Japan Gas Joint Venture Co., Ltd (NVJG) which is a joint venture between the Vietnam Gas Company and the Vietnam Industrial Gas Joint Stock Company.
