Nhan Dan - An exhibition of calligraphy and paintings opened yesterday at the National Library in Hanoi to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China.

The exhibition features 65 works by Vietnamese and Chinese artists.

Also on this occasion, the Vietnamese artists and visitors in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will have a chance to exchange with ten famous Chinese calligraphers.

The event, jointly held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, will open until January 24.
