Vietnam jump 4 spots in FIFA rankings

Nhan Dan - With 215 points, the Vietnam national football team climbed up 3 steps to 131st in the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) rankings in July.

The Southeast Asian region, Vietnam stand third after Thailand (117th, 290 points) and Singapore (127th). Vietnam is followed by Indonesia (132nd)

With the recent success at the Confederations Cup in South Africa, Brazil have regained the top spot in the FIFA World Rankings for the first time since August 2007. Spain fell to second, followed by the Netherlands.
